the 'tutoring room', which I believe is becoming the new music room

Another older picture to show what the room looked like before.
It quickly became the 'let's put stuff here until the pod comes' room.
I laid the carpet in here by myself, then started the borders.
I made a few changes before I was totally happy with it, I like it and how it joins with the library.
This is just a close up of those pretty red borders that gave me blisters!

Library before and after shots

An older picture to show that books lined ever inch of this room.
Room with no books at all, very sad for a library.
New student Earl working on removing staples from the floor after Nathan and Thomas had pulled up the carpet.
Juniper, with her green glowing eyes, testing out the rough lay of the carpet that Dirk and I did.
The new 12ft desk Walt (my FIL) built especially for the library and the sun on the finished floor.

living room before and after shots

This is the 'offending' leak. It was between the bathroom and the living room. We had to take up the carpet in this room, the biggest in the house. Since we got a great deal on carpet tiles, we decided to recarpet the whole house!
In this room I even repainted the trim work.
We had to wait for the concrete patches to dry before we could lay the carpet.
Nathan laid the carpet in the room, but I had to cut all the border pieces. It would have been a lot easier if the room were still square :) The border is not totally done yet, so this set will get one or two more pictures.
