You walk through this open set of store fronts. Most are artist's galleries and studios.

Cool little courtyard. Mobile and lights at night make it like a street fair.

The room looks out onto this patio and the stairs go up to a nice deck.

Here is the 4,000 sqft room. It felt small and tight. I like it in the picture more than I liked it in person.

The party could spill out onto the lawn.....
